Investors In People Silver Award for ViaLite Communications

ViaLite Communications is proud to announce that its parent organization – Pulse Power and Measurement Ltd. (PPM) – has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Silver award for business performance through the support and motivation of its team.  Over a third of the UK’s workforce uses Investors in People.  Of these, only 600 organizations have been awarded the Silver Investors in People Standard.

The standard is a framework of best practice, awarded to well-run organizations that meet set criteria such as learning and development, leadership skills and recognition of staff.  An organization can achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold status by meeting additional evidence requirements from across the Investors in People framework.  To secure the Silver award, PPM was required to demonstrate at least 76 pieces of evidence in addition to the core standard.  Working with the standard is proven to improve financial performance, productivity and profitability.  Companies that have achieved the Investors in People Standard also have higher levels of trust, cooperation and commitment than their competitors.
