ViaLite at the 2014 WTA Teleport Awards

On March 11, during the Satellite2014 show in Washington DC, we attended the World Teleport Association (WTA) Teleport awards.  ViaLiteHD was one of three finalists nominated for 2014 technology of the year.  The award was ultimately won by Advantech their long-awaited GaN-based SSPAs and BUCs for DTH TV.  However, we were very pleased to be a finalist and are already planning to put forward the Satcom6 intelligent outdoor enclosure for the 2015 award!  Arqiva won the award for independent teleport of the year and Avi Cohen, CEO of RRSat was presented with the award for teleport executive of the year.
