The fotonX OS delivers precision switching for 8,16, 24 or 32 fully independent, isolated input channels. Available in 2×1, 2×2 Bypass, and 1×1 switch configurations, the platform allows each input channel to route directly to one of two output channels. This architecture provides an efficient alternative to traditional coaxial RF switching, delivering lower insertion loss, faster switching and superior signal isolation.
Operational control is managed via an integrated monitoring and control (M&C) module, which handles local system health and provides remote network access through a rear-panel RJ45 ethernet connector. The system interfaces via a web GUI to save, load and manage precise configuration files. This capability streamlines setup times, guarantees repeatable test baselines and allows for rapid, flexible reconfiguration. Ultimately, this integration enables tailored systems while maintaining maximum operational flexibility and rack-space efficiency.
